Mom’s Home follows three mothers who find themselves forced to move back in with their daughters due to personal circumstances beyond their control.
Gloria has recently moved to Scotland with her widowed mother May, who struggles with the onset of Alzheimer's disease and adjustment to her new environment. Charmaine recently opened her home to her mother Harrian after family struggles pushed her out of her previous residence. Pam voluntarily moved in with her daughter Liz to help out with the finances, but after eleven years of cohabitation, Pam yearns for freedom.
These women find themselves in an emotional tug-of-war as they grapple with conflicting emotions, changing expectations, social adjustments, and a sometimes ill-fated commitment to do what's best. Candid and insightful, Mom’s Home focuses on the confusing role reversals that arise when mothers find themselves suddenly reliant on their adult children.
