This short film was made to demystify the disorder known as epilepsy. Epilepsy is the collective name for symptoms resulting from transcient disturbances in brain function. Often epilepsy is equated with major seizures, or grand mal, which look frightening but actually occur very infrequently. Far more frequently are other types of seizures which may result in unaccountable behavior or even go unnoticed.

Epileptics usually suffer more from the prejudice of others than from the condition itself. The disorder is often emotionally difficult to cope with because of its unpredictability with seizures occurring at any time. This film will help families, employees and colleagues understand the illness.
